Hatch, who Was released to serve as first counselor in the Provo stake presi dency. Bishop Terry served as first counselor to Bishop Hatch lor three months. Sustained as first counselor to Bishop Terry was Harold D. An derson, former member of the Seventy quorum presidency. S. The reorganization of the bish opric was conducted under the direction of President Antone K. Romney, assisted by his counsel ors and the members of the high council.
