"(Daniel Beck plays the role with scenery and behevabil-it- y ," said Dyer, who is marking his directorial debut with this production. "If there is a dry eye at certain parts of the show, I'll be shocked." "Power in His Touch" is the story of the woman from the Bible who was taken in adultery, but then saved from her punishment by Jesus, Songwriter Colette Call said she wrote a song about this Bible character and then continued to think about what led the woman to that moment and what happened to her after; She worked with her brother Michael Call to write a script and tell a story that answered her questions. They named the Bible worn- an Sarah and added a modern-day woman with parallel hardships. The musical weaves Bible characters and fictional characters together to try to show the reality of people's heartaches and the healing power of Jesus. y Dyer said the show is perfect for this Easter season because the main message is about life and healing. "Christ came to heal hearts and to bring people to God," he said. "There is always hope. Hope, redemption and forgiveness are always available and free to all people." family-friendl- 'r "WIZARD OF ODD" education programs. www. $75. (801) 297-423ririewoodbury.com.
