In charge of directing the activities are Mrs. Olive Prigmore, JoAnn Pappa-sideris Pappa-sideris of Bingham, Robert Pix-ton Pix-ton of Sandy. They will be joined join-ed by Yvonne Sarrao in about two weeks. COPPERTON At Copperton approximately fifty youngsters turned out on opening day to register for the summer recreation program spon sored by the county recreation department it was reported. Registration Re-gistration was held at the Copperton Cop-perton Elementary School. Activities Ac-tivities offered here include baseball, tennis, arts and crafts, swimming twice a week and dance. Directing the morning sessions are Jeanne Hausknecht and Robert Bates and directing the afternoon activities in addition addi-tion to Miss Hausknecht and Mr. Bates are Dorothy Garrett and Udell Wankier. Friday afternoons after-noons only baton twirling instruction in-struction to be given by Claire Matthews, University of Utah majorette, and a ballet to be taught by Mrs. Virginia McDonald. McDon-ald. Playgrounds will be operated Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. |
