Mr. Steed was superintendent of. the Iatter-da- y Saints' Sunday school. He had just completed arrangements for a Christmas celebration for the children and had decorated the Sunday school for the exercises tomorrow. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Annie Kobinson Steed, and eleven children, seven of whom reside in Farm-ingtoThey are the Misses Artha, Fern, Faith, Levona and Porls, Grant It. and Fugene It.
