Show BDAA BALL SCHEDULE The BDAA baseball nine playing in the Utah State Baseball Base-ball League has two games scheduled sche-duled for the coming week. This Sunday afternoon, July 21) Bingham entertains Spanish Fork here at 5 o'clock, and they travel to 'Midvale to play a night fame set for 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23rd. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bentley visited in Brigham City with Mr. and Mrs. A. G. "Woodland, former Bingham residents and also stopped stop-ped in North Ogden to visit with friends Tuesday. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. John T. West for a week were Mr. and Mrs. George Kirshmyer of New York City. They left Monday morning for home. Bob NrcholLs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nicholls, recently joined join-ed the Air Force and is now stationed sta-tioned at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. Hausknecht, will claim 'beauty queen, Miss Lucy Rose Zanardi, as his bride Aug-, ust 17 in the Immaculate Conception Con-ception Catholic Church in Copperton. Announcement of the forthcoming forth-coming marriage is being made by the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Zanardi, Cop-1 perton, Bingham Canyon. Mr. j Hausknecht is a son of Mr. and Mrs. (Howard Hausknecht, also of Copperton. The prospective bridegroom received his 13. S. Degree in automotive auto-motive technology. He was affiliated affili-ated with Sigma Alpha Kpsilon. He served with the U. S. Army for two years and he taught school in Vernal. The bride-to-be attended Hen-ager's Hen-ager's Business College. She was Galena Days queen in 1954 and attendant to Italian American Day in 1955. Home on leave from the navy are Chiei and Mrs. Keith Sullen-ger. Sullen-ger. They came from Adak, Alaska, Alas-ka, and are visiting with Keith's mother, Mrs. Helen Sullenger and other family members and friends. Keith who has been stationed sta-tioned with the navy at the Alaskan post for the past two and a half years, is enroute to a new navy assignment at Choul-ton, Choul-ton, Maryland. They will be here until the end of the month. Visiting Visit-ing here last Saturday with Keith end his wife were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Smith of Dallas, Texas, who are vacationing enroute to the coast. BOY SCOUTS STEINER TRIP Bingham District Boy Scouts leave on their annual trip to Camp Steiner this Saturday, July 20th. They will return July 27th. ' Scouts and Explorers from Troops 136, 150 and 221 "are attending Camp Steiner as a group. |
