Each boy will give a five minute talk on a diiterent phase of the re quirements for achievement. Every home within the city limits is asked to participate in the contest and help make the city a blaze of lights throughout the holiday season. be made for the best block of lights, the homes on each side street one block being considered a unit. A slight change in rules will govern the contest this year. Every home in the block that has a tree showing from the inside will be counted in the contest, even though outside lights do not appear.
