A prominent Pleasant Grove con tractor, he will be remembered in Sandy for his work on the installation of thei Sandy City wa ter system. He was also Delbert Fugal's uncle. Mr St Mrs Delbert Fugal, Sandy, and members of the Union-JordaIrrigation Company also attended the funeral. Mr Fugal had served on the Alpine School District Board of Education for five years and was also a former Utah State legisla tor and had operated a farm for many years. In addition he had been in the plumbing business. Survivors include his widow, three sons and five daughters, Neil Y., Boyd L., Grant K., Mrs Vance (Avis) West, and Mrs Robert (Edna) Holdaway, all of Pleasant Grove: Mrs P. M.
