Mr. Wynn died Wednesday at 8:50 a.m. at his residence after a lingering illness. He was born March 30, 1882, in Rcdford, N. Y., a son of James and Mary Dugan Wynn. He married Agatha N. Rail on Nov. 29, 1911 in Ogden. Mr. Wynn a farmer moved to Crescent from Park City in 1894. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Wynn, Crescent; three daughters, Mrs. F. M.
