Murray Second Ward 1946 Murray, Thursday Utah, May 2, Page 4 Utah, undel Act of March Bennion Ward Easter Cantata Enjoyed The Easter cantata which was presented in meeting on Sunday night, under the direction of Hattie Nichols, choir leader, was greatly enjoyed by the ward. It was entitled "The Living Christ." The reader was Marion Stead-maThe soloists were Bishop T. J. Labrum, Mary Nichols, Eva Tischner, Fay Labrum, Orpha Bringhurst, Avon Blanck and Evelyn Bishop. Piano and organ accompanists were Ann Labrum and Joy Player. The choir expects to sing in the meeting May 19, after which time they will have their closing party and take a rest until next September. C. Leo Player, who is choir manager, said he greatly appreciated the work of all members in presenting the cantata. Primary Conference Sunday Next Sunday the Primary association will have their Primary conference at 6:3 p. m. The theme of the conference is "Happiness." The programs are worked out in the form of a bluebird, and also the Primary colors of blue and orange.
