Rates are $40 per hour or r sessions in a week; $20 per $100 for three, r hour for two people or $50 per three, sessions in a week for two people. Groups of three or more aren't recommended but will be considered if all in the group have the same needs and goals. To schedule a session, contact Waltz at exercise involves stretching, shaping and strengthening your body, but focuses on breathing and alignment and is a more holistic, internalized experience. AIRPLANE TALK: Keith Ferris, aviation artist and a resident of Morris Plains, N.J., will speak June 28 at 1 p.m. in the Hill Aerospace Museum's memorial chapel. The son of a career Air Force officer, Ferris is a major contributor to the Air Force Art Program and is a life member of the Air Force Association. He has had his works exhibited at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado; the U.S. Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio; and many other locations across the country. His commissions include the "Fortresses Under Fire" mural that covers the entire back wall of the National Air and Space Museum's World War II Gallery in Washington, D.C. The group will ride on mountain trails and live off the ATV's, so riders should pack light and bring camping gear, riding boots, water bottle or canteen, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, food for two breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner, and money for two lunches.
