M Program saves tax dollars Through the Zero Overpricing Program, five challengers from Hill AFB were awarded more than $6,000 last year, which subsequently saved tax dollars. The challenges ranged from suggesting similar or replacement items to alternate sources for purchasing items. Challenges are submitted on AF Form 1046, "Zero Overpricing ChallengeReferral."
