Show I 16 LIFETIMES Sept. 13, 1991 Hilltop T'.mes Month honors Hispanics Hill AFH people will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15 to Oct. 15. The main event of the celebration will be a dinner and dance Sept. 21 at the Hill Officers Club. Guest speaker will be Col. Michael Navarro, 388th Tactical Fighter Wing commander. Tickets for the event are $10 per person. Wednesday the Special Emphasis program managers will host a luncheon at 11:30 at the NCO club. The main speaker will be Rita Davenport. Tickets for the luncheon are $6.50 each. The topic is "Empowerment for the future.' Throughout the month the base -- restaurants and service clubs will fea- ture a variety of Hispanic meals.
