One need only look at the benefits from stress management, parenting and smoking cessation classes to see how much mental health really accomplishes. Time after time, how ever, doors hav e been closed and avenues of help not followed because of the dirty words, "mental health." Avoiding the dirty words often results in an even dirtier outcome. Editor's notes Colonel Policastro is the commander of the 1st Medical Group at Langley. Article courtesy TAC News Service.
