Jacobson, Detachment 5, 1st Electronic Combat Range Group, Radar Bomb Site, Idaho, earned the top honor at the NCO Leadership School graduation March 19. Sergeant Jacobson was awarded the John Levitow Honor Graduate Award for Class 91-- Sgt. Marc V. Hepp, 2721st Munitions Maintenance and Test Squadron; and Sgt. Karl C. Grau-man- , 2S49th Air Base Group, who also earned the Leadership and Management Award. The Commandant's Award was earned by SSgt. Gary H. Laughlin, 3614th Combat Crew Training Squadron, Fairchild AFB, Wash. Lt. Col. Jeffrey W. Baldrige, chief, Requirements and Budget Integration Division, was the guest speaker. He talked about the three "I V of the Air Force: initiative, innovation and integrity. He said that taking the initiative, among other things, means not putting off until tomorrow what you can do today. He said that although it is important to be innovative when planning for war, we must also be creative when we plan for peace. Integrity, he said, is being true to yourself, calling straight shots and doing what is right. He said these three Ts" are the answer to the frequently asked question, What can I do for my Air Force? were: Other graduates of Class 91-Sgt. David S.
