General Snyder is a command pilot with more than 4,500 flying hours in a variety of tactical aircraft and has held many positions throughout the Tactical Air Forces. Because there are no more large groups of Hill AFB service members scheduled to return from Operation Desert Storm, the base's Welcome Home Center has been shifted from Hangar 37 to the Mobility Control Center, Bldg. 830. said Lt.
