Newsletter Shrubs Good news for Castle Valley Our town is in its infancy. There are many directions we can go. If we keep the channels open and learn to trust and talk with each other, our valley will grow in a healthy way and we will preserve those attributes which brought us here in the first place. We hope you will enjoy reading this firstrssue of our newsletter, MUDDY TIMES, and will help us continue to fill it with items worth reading by contributing short articles, information, poems, recollections and other writings, ads, or announcements. SOME PURPOSES OF THIS MONTHLY NEWSLETTER: to provide a forum for sharing ideas residentswho want to plant trees and shrubs on their property. The Utah Division of State Lands and Forestry has a new program to help develOp windbreaks and animal habitats using trees and shrubs.
