They were married June 8, 1949 in the St. George LDS Temple. A family gathering to celebrate the event was held Sunday June 6, in Sandy Their union has been blessed with two sons and one daughter: Rex Wayne, Thomas Boyd and Cindy Jane. Six grandchildren, three boys and three girls, have brought much joy into their lives. Rex served in the Boy Scouts of America for over 25 years. He has served in manv capacities in the LDS Church. He was employed as a machinist at Geneva Steel for 35 vears. retiring in 1986. For many years. Lena served as a member of the Pleasant Grove Fair Committee.
