Mr. Webb was a principal of the LDS Seminary at Lehi High School; he also served two terms on the Lehi City Council. Mrs. Webb, now Mrs. Neil Fugal of Pleasant Grove, was a social worker at the Utah State Training School, now the Utah State Developmental Center. Five of the couple's six children were born in Lehi; a grand son, Brad Steele, now teaches LDS Seminary at Lehi Junior High School. L. Robert Webb, a graduate of Lehi High School, is the executive director of strategic planning and assessment at Brigham Young University. He and his wife, the former Cathy Morgan, daughter of Ron and Connie Morgan, have six children and three grandchildren. He has served as stake Young Men's president, stake athletic director and counselor in the Young Men's and Elder's Quorum presidencies. When not working as an air traffic controller, he enjoys sports and other outdoor activities. Steve Carrell, named as ward clerk, is a native of Provo, but is a descendant of Lehi area settler David Evans. He and his wife, Claudia, have five children. Brent Pulley, a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School, is employed as an operations manager. He and his wife, the former Brenda Carlton, daughter of Ken and Lorene Carlton of Lehi, have two sons. At the time of his call he was serving as second counselor in the bishopric. His hobbies include baseball and running. Cedar City native Wayne Porter, a computer systems manager at Micron Technology, wife, Terri, have four children. Bishop Peck, the son of Tom and Fay Peck, and his wife, Glenda, the daughter of Glenn and Valora "Wally" Smith, are natives of Lehi; the couple has two sons and a daughter, and two grandchildren. The new bishop was serving on the Lehi Stake High Council at the time of his call. In his spare time, he enjoys yard and garden work. Millard Andrus, sustained as first counselor to Bishop Peck, is a truck driver by trade. He and his wife, Peggy, have five children. He has served as Sunday School teacher and president, counselor and president in the Elder's Quorum, and ward clerk. His hobbies include woodworking, gardening and riding horses. Second counselor Andrew Harris, an employee of the Tooele Chemical Disposal Facility, is a graduate of Lehi High School and son of former Lehi residents Delmer and Marjorie Harris. He is married to the former Lynette Lewis, daughter of Lehians Gary and Rhea Lewis. The couple has three sons. He has previously served in the ward and stake Young Men's presidencies and in the Elder's Quorum.
