The fair, which is sponsored each year by the Encore Piano Teachers Association, was hosted at Orem's Keith Jorgensen's store. Students competed in two divisions, Junior and ) Senior According to Pat Fox, Encore's president, the project fair was developed in order to give students an opportunity to express themselves in music.
