She and her husband lived in Pleasant Grove for 56 years. They are now living in Orem. Beth is the mother of four daughters: Joy Beck, Provo; Sherrie Ashton, Pleasant Grove; Joan Wallace, Orem, and Keri Eddy, California. v . Temp workers needed for 2000 census The Census Bureau is beginning its first major opera tion in preparation for the 2000 Census in portions of rural Utah. The Denver Regional Census Center will begin creating a massive address list in Utah beginning in late August. Recruiting is underway now for almost 200 temporary employees to conduct the canvass of the areas. The Census Bureau is working with the local Department of Workforce Services to help recruit, test and hire employees. The tempolrary jobs pay $8.25 an hour plus milage reimbursement and paid training.
