Lon Sorensen and Dallas Anderson were named as counselors to Bishop Fellingham, with Bill Freeland and Keith Jex retained as ward clerk and executive secretary, respectively. Edward Stevens was retained as financial clerk and Kent Bailey was named as membership clerk. Also released in the change was Steve Davis, first counselor to Bishop McClure. Bishop Fellingham, a native of Glendale, Calif., is a professor of statistics at Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Paula, have seven children and Oct. Oct. band. Lon Sorensen, an insurance agent with Allstate, was born in Oakland, Calif. He is married to the former Marie Hardy of Alberta, Canada; the couple has five children. At the time of his calling, he was serving as second counselor to Bishop McClure. He has also served as Elder's Quorum president and as scoutmaster. In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking, fishing and Scout activities. Dallas Anderson, son of Ralph and Barbara Anderson of Lehi, is a pipe fitter with Gunther's Comfort Air. He and his wife, the former Cari Broadhead, have one daughter. Bill Freeland, retained as SHINE ward clerk in the new bishopric, is as a general contractor. He and his wife, Judy, have five children. He is involved in the high school rodeo program and also enjoys hunting. He has served in various teaching positions. Edward Stevens, also retained from the previous bishopric, is a maintenance mechanic with Alpine School District. He and his wife, the former Susan Hardy, have four daughters. He has served as Elder's Quorum and Sunday School president, as well as Sunday School and Primary teacher. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking.
