Shellee Lundgren Sister Shellee Lundgren, daughter of Brian and Trudy Clark of Lehi and Robert and Suzette Lundgren of Lindon, has been called to serve in the New York Rochester LDS Mission. She will speak in sacrament services Sunday, Jan. 12, at two locations: Lindon Ward Chapel, 731 E. Center, at 8:30 a.m. and the Utah Valley Deaf Branch, 424 W. 1200 South, Provo, at 10:15 a.m. Open houses will honor Shellee on Saturday, Jan. 11, at 1777 N. 1400 East, Lehi, from 1 to 3 p.m. and on Sunday after the church services at 392 N. 400 East, Tony Buckner Elder Tony Buckner, son of Kathy and Boyd Stewart and Craig Buckner, all of Lehi, has been called to serve in the Ukraine Kiev LDS mission. Students at Lehi Junior High School collected more than 1,500 cans of food to be donated to the local food bank. The project started with the idea of having each student bring one item. Soon, however, librarian Sally Taggart offered to remove book fines for donations, and teachers offered incentives as well. Ashley Smith: 'Take life one day "Take life one day at a time," is the philosophy of Ashley Smith this week's Pioneer Profile. Ashley is the daughter of Lynn E. and Phyllis Smith of Lehi. Pioneer Profile By BRENDA Business News T. PETERSON As an outgoing, friendly, and happy senior, Ashley is involved in many activities at Lehi High. She is a three year member of the Pionette Drill team and currently serves as drill mistress. She is also a member of the National Honor Society and volunteers in the peer tutoring program. Ashley maintains a 3.95 gpa while taking advanced classes in and Language biology, and history. English Composition, She has received the Governor's award for outstanding academic accomplishments and was recently nominated for the National English Merit Award. As an active member of the Lehi 17th Ward, Ashley has served in all her Young Women's class presidencies, volunteered her time helping on the Mt. Timpanogos Temple open house, and participated in many ward service projects. Ashley is also currently working on her Young Women's Recognition Award. In community activities, Ashley has taught community dance classes, served as a candy striper at a local hospital, and done volunteer work the at Crossland Rehabilitation facility. Ashley's free time is spent dancing, exercising, singing, making scrap books, jet and water skiing, rock climbing, and being with friends. Overall, Ashley just loves to laugh and have fun. The shop also offers breadsticks, lasagna and calzone, all of which customers purchase to bake at home. New pizza shop offering freshness and savings in "take and bake" concept slices of pepperoni. According to the owner, others in the industry typically include only 24 slices of pepperoni. Each pizza is made to order and prepared while the customer waits, or for drive up window service. The pizzas are wrapped, with complete cooking instructions. "The good thing is you don't have to eat it right then," said Davis. "You have a party in two hours, you can take it home and have pizza when you want it." Papa Murphy's offers gourmet pizzas, such as one with a creamy, white garlic sauce instead of the traditional tomato sauce.
