According to Bonnie Wadley in her "tenth year" at the LHS harrier helm, this is the largest group she has ever had to work with. They have been busy each morning for much of the summer getting ready for the new season. The size of the group may be partly due to the success of the teams (boys and girls) over the past few years. He is joined by seniors Adam Hughes, Blain Wilkey, Ben Grimley and Bryce Messersmith plus junior Troy Smith. Emery, Park City and Uintah could give the Pioneers some competition, but basically it was "all Lehi" last year. On the girls' roster, Shea Messersmith brings her runner-uat state last year to the team. She should be joined on the squad by fellow sophomore Jenny Carter, Also carrying the Purple and White around the courses will be Holly Cummings, Mindy Peterson, Cami Pulham, Emily Clark, Siri Brown and Daisy Wadley. "There are so many good runners that I'm almost afraid to start naming names," said Wadley. Wadley did say that Park City the tough should provide competi- tion both in region and state. " Cedar City was tough last year, but they supposedly have lost most of their squad to graduation. Lehi has been chosen to host n both the run on Sept. 6 at 4 p.m. and will then turn around with the region championships on pre-seaso- set up your appointment for the new you today!
