Show Genealogy symposium offered Clear Creek registration underway DIfQG Open registration for Alpine School District's Clear Creek Outdoor Education Camp will be held April 8 at local elementary schools. The camp provides an educational opportunity for students leaving the fifth grade. 4-- All children registering during this week will be guar an teed a place at the summer camp. The highly supervised week of activities includes studies such as: wild flower identification, animal observation, forest and plant growth, land use, and environmental conservation. George Easton Brown, 77, died Monday, April 4, 1994. Easton was born Jan. 24, 1917 in Lovell, Wyoming to E. Ray and Marie r Easton Brown. He married Mildred Greenwood in the Salt LDS Lake Temple Nov. 27, 1945. They have two children. In 1942 Easton joined the Air Force and served as until his a crew member on a plane was shot down in December of 1944. He was a prisoner of war in Manchuria, China until August 1937-193- vice with the rank of Warrant Officer (W03). After his love and devotion to his family, Easton enjoyed his Arabian horses and shared with others the enjoyment he found in these beautiful animals and the outdoors. He was a member of the Utah Arabian Horse Club. Easton is survived by his wife, Millie, American Fork; son and daughter-in-laGeorge E. Jr. and Diane A. Brown, American Fork; Naoma R.
