"With the dance steps that are included, it's just fun." Taylor and Cheryl Tait have teamed up to bring Aerofit Aerobics to Lehi, a women's exercise group that will meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 9 to e Room 10 p.m. in the of the Lehi Library. Cost for the class is $3 per single session or $25 per month. The first class will be held Jan. 4, 1994. The class will feature 45 minutes of aerobic training, as well as 15 minutes of body shaping and toning. The instructors will also monitor heart rates of class members. Tait, later joined by Taylor, started a class for women in the Lehi North Stake a few years ago. She had also coached volleyball for the Young Women's team and was a member of the Milford High School drill team. Born in Provo, Nina loves to capture a scene along the Provo River or the mood of the mountains. She enjoys the landscape in Utah and the scenery in the Teton's. Many people have had a chance to take a class from Nina through thecommunity education programs. She figures she has created over 300 paintings and 14 are on display at this time.
