Concert Band has always done well at this competition under the direction of conductor Carl Dastrup, and cotinued that tradition this year. They tied for second place, topped only by Emery. It was commented that Lehi played some of the most difficult pieces at the competition. Jazz Bandrecently competed for region as well, placing third. Sheramy also works with the drug free program at LHS and speaks at local elementary schools on being drug free. Academically, Sheramy maintains a 3.70 grade point average. Church activities include being a member of the Lehi 13th Ward and serving in her Young Women's class presidencies. She has participated in her ward's softball program, certified in the camping program, and served as a junior camp counselor at girls' camp.
