Show cr,-- Free classes help parents Obituaries encourage child's success Parent with children in A1nin School District interested in learning how to raise responsible chil- dren are invited to join free classes beginning in September. The aeries of nine classes, sponsored by The Gathering Place, will teach parents how to help their children take more responsibility, accept and obey family rules, develop betterjudgment, learn to talk with parents, cooperate with siblings, and feel good about themselves. The course, "Developing Capable YoungPeople" offers free child care and refreshments for the children while the parents learn more about how to be a successful parent in the '80's, and how to make the job of parenting easier and more enjoy- The first cessions ofclasses will be taught at Greenwood Elementary, American Fork, from 9 p.m., and at Sharon Elementary, Orem, from 9 pjn. Both classes will begin the week of September 18, but the day of the week will be determined later. Parents are invited to enroll in the classes as soon as possible as enrollment is limited. She was born Sept. 6, 1921 in Vineyard to Frank and Edna Allen Robinson. She married Grant A. Maxfield July 23, 1940 in Pleasant Grove. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church living in the Pleasant Grove 2nd Ward.
