She was born Nov. 15, 1909 in Lehi, to Herman Ernest and Hermine Hardy Osterloh. She married Joseph W. Shelton Dec. 24, 1934 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died in 1943. She married Harold Schow in 1946. He died in 1952. She attended Lehi schools and BYU, was a school teacher and homemaker. She had worked at Utah State Training School and Utah State Library.
