The long jump is Perez's specialty, but "I'd enter him in every event if I could." The genial coach also expects great things from junior, Eric White who's specialties arc field events: shot, discus and javelin. "He's showing a lot of promise," Achziger said. Others looking good are Bryce and Peterson, who won honors as Lehi's football quarterback. "He can compete in both javelin and sprints." Neil Gray is another senior who could contribute a lot to the Pioneers track effort. Neil, an football performer, is specializing in hurling the shotput: Coach Achziger is also looking forward to working with Chad Curtis and Reid Swenson, seniors who are dividing their time between track and baseball. There will be a three-da- y registration, March 22, 29, and April 5, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon each day. Tryouts for the teams will be held at 2 p.m., April 5, at Vets Ball park. Players 9 and 10 years of age will comprise the Mustang League. The Bronco League will be comprised of players 11 and 12 years of age. Tryouts are for players moving up a league, or who are new in Lehi this year. All players who sign up will be put a team but it is important tha they sign up on the above dates. The fees this year will be as 8 follows: Coach-Pitcyears, $12; Mustang, 0 years, $17; Bronco, 2 years, $20; Pony, 4 years, $25; Colt, 7 years, $30. There is a $50 limit per family.
