But Mrs. Clements had a pleasant surprise awaiting her when she got home Parrish Fraughton of American Fork had called and said he had the wallet and would bring it to her as soon as he had transportation. Mrs. Clements said she had been shopping in American Fork and, on her way home, stopped at the drug store where she discovered her wallet was missing. "I had nearly $200 in it (the wallet) and when you live on as close a budget as my husband and I do, you panic to lose that much," she said. After she had traced her steps and been unable to find the wallet, she notified police in American Fork and Lehi as well as bank officials of the loss. Then she went home. "When I got there, my husband was frantic. He had had this call that my wallet had been found and couldn't figure out what had happened," she said. Shortly after, Parrish, the son of Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Fraughton, American Fork, arrived at the Clements home with the wallet intact. "I don't think he had even looked further than to find my identification," Mrs. Clements declared. "And he wouldn't accept any reward for finding it." "You hear so much about what a few teenagers do - and so little about the good ones that I just want to let everyone know there are some great ones around," she exclaimed. "I also want to commend that young man for what he did and tc say 'Thanks' to him publically," she said. - mXm ' rim; xiiici cat ten iyic jliaj Rae Jean York wanted to publish a book about her License pets now, urges chief experiences with a rare form of cancer. Ray Wilcox, the animal control officer, has been instructed to contact each dog owner in Lehi in an effort to ascertain that all dogs are properly licensed. Should Mr. Wilcox determine that an animal has not been properly licensed at this late date, and the owner does not purchase one from him, then Wilcox will be expected to issue a citation.
