The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. He was in educated American Fork schools and served in Europe during World War II with the U.S. Army Air Force. He returned to Provo and was employed by Geneva Steel for the last 30 years. He was a High Priest and served in the Elders Quorum Presidency. He was a master woodworker. Survivors include his wife of Provo, one son Larry Was followed by a life sketch given by Olive Conder. The first speaker was Stanley W. Morris. He was followed by a musical number by Marvin Hogge,- "How Great Thou Art," accompanied by Peggy Hogge.
