Future statements will be sent in November following the October annual meeting and will be due WAY TO GO, BILL! Message from the Registrar: If you have not voted in four years, your name will be removed from the voting list and you will have to re-register. Call County Clerk’s office for information, 259-5645 on January 1st. Last spring we were again invaded by tent caterpillars, and the need to take action and spray with a non-toxic substance was discussed. A committee will be formed to work on ways and means to accomplish this soon. The timing is important with Spring on the way. Master Plan has shown that of the 21 recommended projects (excluding the roads), six are completed, six still have work to complete, and nine still need action. Town Lot: Joan Sangree reported that the consultant, Dean Kidding, will have a preliminary plan for the town lot looking for a new attorney, now that Lyle Anderson is not available. It is hoped that one will be available in Grand County who will fulfill our requirements. —Wilma Welch |
