Show Pageant Chairwoman Expresses Special Thanks job on the sound system and lighting and made everything run smooth. Thank you Russ for the fine job you did on the programs and thanks for letting me have my ow n way about the page. Thanks Cleve for your time in retaking the girl's pictures. The talent of Jean Fitzgerald at the organ contributed so much to the pageant's success I also want to thank Todd Nelson, John Harr and Howard Cooper for helping with scenery and escorting the girls. Cleneyl Gerber and Lana Harris for taking so much time in contacting each and every girl, in person, and getting them to participate in the pageant. Clothing Students to Present Fashion Show The clothing department at the Lehi High School will present their annual Fashion Show next Wednesday afternoon, May 4, it was reported by Miss Sally Skidmore, inst- - Liahonians Elect Officers Club was held the home of Gean Holmstead with Alta Wanlass Liahonian April 21 at as Elections were held and the following new officers will take office in the fall: president, Verland Beck; vice president, Roberta Adamson; secretary, Phyllis Webb, and historian, Jenalyn Woffinden. The outgoing officers are Beda Peck, president; Velda Fox, Lila Evans, secretary and Irene Rawlin-son- , historian. Frances Comer furnished the program. She gave a delightful and interesting travelogue of her family's trip to Russia. Her knowledge and insight about Russian politics, geography and the people added greatly to her presentation. A delicious luncheon was served to those present. The club will meet May 26th for guest night. ructor. During the show the department will give away three quilts the students have made during the year. Tickets for these quilts may be purchased from any clothing student or at the show. Mistress of Ceremony will be Mrs. Jean Harris. Committee members for the show, which will include over 75 girls modeling the various types of clothing made during the year, include the following: advertising, Sandy Sage and Pamela Anderson. Rebecca Barnes and Laurie Jones are in charge of decorations; and the script has been written Sheila McKinney for the outstanding job she did in making up and teaching the dance to the girls. Betty Wade for doing such a good job in getting the judges and counters and keeping them busy all day, also for the use of her car on the Salt Lake trips. ReniLa Revell for the two lovely Salt Lake trips as they were very much enjoyed by all. Paula Peterson for taking care of getting the trophies, flowers, gifts for the girls, crowns and tiaras, that's a lot of chasing. Debbie Darling and Winnie Downs for arranging and getting The Colonial House for the bathing suit judging and lunching. Also for the Judges Tea at Porters. Jaylene Wycherley for setting up and arranging the stage decorations that were provided by the Lehi Floral. Darlene Peterson who has kept the books and paid all the bills which were plenty. She also made sure we didn't overspend and go in the hole. Erma Rae Cawley for the good publicity that we had throughout the pageant, for arranging the very nice programs and keeping track of all the tickets, what a job! John Haws as the city Auto and 4 Ml oi III (Ml - us who d and worked helped me w hen and w here I needed him, which was all the time. I would also like to thank Dale Price for the cooperation he gave me in letting us use the high school when we needed it, and Glen Smith and the stage crew who we could not do without in putting on the pageant.
