Show Open House Surprise Party Training School Honors Dr. Eddington To Honor Newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wobig of Colorado Springs, Colorado announce the marriage of their daughter Rachelle Ann to Michael (Tony) Godfrey son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. Godfrey of Lehi. They were married Friday, October 12 in American Fork. An Open House to honor the newlyweds will be held Friday, Lehi in 26 the October First-Sixt- h Ward Cultural Hall 120 West 200 So. Lehi with receiving from eight to ten p.m. All friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend. The bride graduated from American Fork High School last June where she participated in the A'Capella Chorus. Tony graduated from Lehi High School in 1969. He was active in sports and music. He has been employed by Hadfield Electric and is a member of the American Fork unit of the National Guard. They are making their home in Lehi. 4 fto LEANN WILKINSON ... to marry Lehi man LeAnn Wilkinson to Wed Douglas Ellison Fri., Oct. 26 Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Wilkinson of American Fork announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter LeAnn to Douglas Ray Ellison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ellison of Lehi. The wedding ceremony will be Friday, October 26. A wedding reception to honor the newlyweds will be held that same evening at The Manor, 215 North Center, American Fork, from 8 to 10 p.m. All friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend. LeAnn is a graduate of the American Fork High School where she was active in the A Cappella Choir and was a four year graduate of Seminary. Mr. Ellison graduated from the Lehi High School, where he was active in sports. He graduated from the Utah Technical College last year. The is a chorus of 15 ladies who In Explosion Brett Oxborrow, 13, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Oxborrow, Lehi, was injured at his home Tuesday. Brett was tapping into a pipe when an explosion occurred. He called his mother at her place of employment and she immediately took him to the Utah Valley Hospital. He suffered serious injures to his foot, hands, legs and knees. gun-pow- er son. Such a surprise party was held Monday at the Utah State Training School to honor Dr. Elmo Eddington, who has served at the school as a staff physician since 1967. the appreciation party was presented by the Medical Teaching and Research Unit and was hosted by Dr. Jack A. Madsen, Director of the Research Unit. A large group of people called and expressed appreciation for the compassionate service administered by Dr. Eddington. In paying tribute, Dr. Madsen stated, "Dr. Elmo Eddington is one of our 'most dedicated persons' at the Training School His sincere interest and his concern for the health of our residents is exemplified by many hours of service, done quietly and without complaint. Only we who have worked closely with him can know and appreciate the care and effort he puts forth." The party was held in the Administration Building where guests enjoyed a festive buffet, complete with a punch bowl and arrangements of beautiful and colorful fall flowers.
