A loveiy affair of the late summer season was the wedding of Miss Carol Snyder of Lehi, and Phil D. Gray of Provo. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Glen Shelley of Lehi, and the late W. Lee Snyder. Marriage vows were exchanged at LaCitadell, with a reception following in the Lehi Stake Center. Bishop Reeve officiated at the ceremony. Antique lace and satin were combined in the bridal gown, with full, elbow length sleeves and high neckline. The sheer illusion veil was lace bordered. Supported by a lace coronet, it fell to floor length. The bride held a (Jackie Colledge) September Vows Unite Jackie Colledge Of Lehi, Scott Carlson of PI. Grove In a ceremony, performed on Thursday, Sept. 17, Miss Jackie Colledge of Lehi, became the bride of Scott G. Carlson of PI. Grove. Bishop Carl W. Ringger of Pleasant Grove, officiated in the presence of family members and close friends. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Colledge. Mr. Carlson is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Carlson of Pleasant Grove. A reception honoring the couple was held that same evening at the Lehi Riding Club. Following the pink and blue theme, gladioli and begonias were arranged with graceful pillars, ribbons and angel hair. The brunette bride greeted her guests in a floor length model of chantilly lace over satin, with wrist length sleeves and portrait neckline. Pearl beads accented the dress and also the floral tiara which supported the double veil of sheer illusion. Pink rosebuds with white ribbon streamers composed the bridal bouquet. Attending the bride as matron of honor was Collen Davis, sister of the bride, attired in blue satin brocade. The other atten new-lyw- ed dants, Jolene Carlson, sister of Sherrie Haws and Carlin Carter, wore pink satin brocade. They carried long stem- the groom; med pink rosebuds, with foliage and ribbon streamers. The mothers of both bride and groom, attired in modish blue, pinned corsages of pink gladioli to their shoulders. Wayne Frandsenperformedthe best man's duties. Greeting the guests at the door were Hal Carlson, brother of the groom, and Aaron Colledge MISS CLAUDIA INGRAM . . . sets date of the Orem High School, where she was active in Sapere Aude and Future Homemakers of America organizations. She has been employed at Carson's A and W cafe in Orem. Her fiance is a 1968 graduate of the Lehi High School. He was active in the Thespian Club and Future Farmers of America organization. He attended Utah State University in Logan for a year and received specialized training with the National Guard at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He specialized in engineering mechanics. He is currently employed at the Lehi Airport as a mechanic and plans to enter an aeronautical school in January. CaryG. Sheaves of gladioli and chrysanthemums were combined in decorative effects. The tables were centered with black wrought iron urns holding yellow and coral carnations and mums.
