All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Miss Udell is a graduate of Utah State University in borne to economics education. At the uni versity she was affiliated with Beta Xi Chapter of Chi Omega sorority. Mr. Evans received his bach at Utah State and is presently working on his mas ter' s degree in animal research, Both are graduates of Lehi High School. Miss Cindy Anderson and Steven Draper exchanged mar riage vows in an impressive ceremony held Friday, April 17, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Ander son, American Fork. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul C. Draper of Lehi. At a reception held in their honor later the same evening in the Training School Branch Church, the bride was dressed in a beautiful French imported Chantilly lace wedding gown with empire waistline, long fitted sleeves and a dainty row of tailored buttons down the front mantilla edged The floor-lengwith chantilly lace fell from a rose cascade of tiny hot-pibuds. The bride's flowers were white orchids, hot-pirosebuds, stephanotis and entwined with crystal beads. lighted Through a hot-piarch, an enchanting crystal isle led to the beautiful bride and the handsome groom. The line was enhanced by a crystal backdrop surrounded with live greenery and indirect lighting, andbou quets of hot - pink gladiolus and th nk nk nk snap-drago- Attending the bride wereKath ie Brems, Loretta Reese, Peggy Sullivan, Orpha Sue Anderson, and Lynette Draper. Caryl Anderson, Leslie Draper and Jayne Anderson were flower girls. The bridesmaids were dressed in chiffon gowns of alternating shades of blue and green. The flower girls wore blue chiffon pant dresses. Flowers for all rose were nosegays of hot-pibuds, white carnations, and lily of the valley tied with moss green ribbons, and also entwined with crystal beads. The mothers of both the bride and the groom wore identical pant dresses of green chiffon, Their corsages were of white carnations, hot - pink rosebuds and green ribbon. Best man duties were per formed by Grant Draper, abroth er of the groom. Ushers were Gilbert Anderson and Jay Chid nk ester. Greeting guests at the door were Mr. andMrs.RossNicholes who are aunt and uncle of the bride. Peggy Branning was at the guest book. Gift bearers were Robert Anderson and Kevin Drap er. A wardrobe created by the bride's mother, displayed on panels, made a striking backdrop for the bride's elaborate trous seau, which was arranged by the bride's grandmother, orpna Bachelor. The gifts were arranged forming a cascading waterfall effect surrounded by a garden of greens, live flowers and crystal beads. All was enhanced by an elaborate lighting effect. Decoratively arranging the gifts were Beth Greene, Mrs. Jay Chldester, Mrs. Ronald Potter and Barbara Turner. A delightful buffet was tastily arranged and served in front of moss green chiffon backdrop with a tiered centerpiece of gladiolus and snapdragons. Flickering candlelight lamps were at each end of the table. ls Cut crystal vases on gold ped-esta- with hanging crystal prisms were filled with green crystals in moss green tulle and baby breath. Handmade chiffon rosebuds completed the arrangements which centered the serving tables. Serving were Keri Ince, Lee Ann Judy, Rach- - iP After just completing another successful Pageant to choose a new "Miss Lehi," our thoughts are turned to the efforts of many people who assisted and contrib uted their time and means to wards making this lovely event possible. Each year, we have had to call upon the assistance of one very special person who has always been willing to do her part. It might be noted that not only does she help with this Pageant, but with just about every function that is attempted in our city. It seems that she possesses a talent, a sixth sense, and an ability to create just the right touch, to prepare the exact bouquet with appropriate colors and design to fit with any decor or plans. It is so reassuring to know that when a request has been made, it will be completed on time and meet the requirements, no matter how demanding or particular that request might be, and there is nothing too big, or too small, for her attention and consideration.
