Show SethLittleford Laid to Rest With a large gathering of friends, neighbors and family members in attendance, funeral services were held last Friday, May 18, for Seth Enoch Littleford, 94. Mr. Littleford passed away Tuesday, May 15. following a stroke. Hugh Otterson of the First Ward bishopric conducted the services, held in the Wing Mortuary chapel. Among tributes received was an original poem by Mrs. Grethel Powell, a close neighbor. George Abel, grandson-in-laoffered the prayer with the immediate family. The organ prelude and postlude were played by Mrs. Grethel Powell, who also rendered and organ solo, "Whispering Hope." Mrs. Powell also accompanied the vocal numbers, "Lay My Head Beneath a Rose," and "That Silver Haired Daddy of Mine," sung by Harold M. Fox. Bud Turner, a grandson, offered the invocation on the program. Bishop Robert Webb presented the biographical sketch and. tribute and was the first speaker.
