She was born in Lehi November 28, 1886, a daughter of Ernest and Molly Ann Turner Green. She married Irvin Smith, from whom she was later separated. Prior to her passing, she resided in Salt Lake City where she was a member of the 35th LDS Ward. Survivors include a son, LaMar Smith, Salt Lake City; daughters, Mrs. Ileen M.
