Work is under way on a major long distance line expansion project for the southeast part of the State into the great uranium coun try. This project will be com- pleted in June and will greatly supplement the long distance facilities between Salt Lake City, Provo, Price and Moab. Other long distance projects are being carried out in order to keep pace with the Increasing requirements for more long distance service throughout the State.
