To John Krenka Spring Festival To Office Staff Mr. and Mrs. Lew Dahling are Jack Barnes, proprietor of School Oiiices announcing the engagement of Set Tomorrow their daughter. Wanda Lee, to Jack's Radio and TV' Repair Shop on Main Street, has added a new member to his staff to increase his efficiency and friendly service Mrs. Carl to the community. (Rhoda) Edwards will be on hand four days a week, Wednesday through Saturday from 1:00 p. m. to 6:00 p. m. to assist in sales service and information. Patrons are invited to bring in their small radios and may take out the repaired sets during her time on duty. Mr. Barnes will continue his sales and repair service every day except Sunday, and will be in the shop during the morning hours. Kindergarten children at Lehi Elementary School 127 in number, will present their Spring Festival programs tomorrow (Friday) at 10 30 a. m. and 2:00 p. m.. according to Mrs. Naomi Shaw and Mrs. Lou Sorenson, instructors. Morning and afternoon groups will present the identical program for their parents and other guests. "Children's Garden" will be the theme of the program, with each class singing and telling two stories. Mrs. Shaw's groups will tell "Miss Muffett" and 'The Three Pigs", while Mrs. Sorenson's groups will sing "The Three Bears" and "Little Boy Timbo" The children will then present the rhythmic play "The Naughty Pony", and will sing groups of songs. The last section will be "Spring Garden", a story in which the children will act out parts in free rhythms. Active in LDS church duties, she taught a class in Primary. She was formerly employed at the Utah theatre and is a current employee at Julian's Drug store. Mr. Krenka graduated from the Elko, Nevada, high school and is engaged in ranching. The couple plan to make a home in Nevada. The Hales bid was for $24,301. School officials said the district has been utlizing space on the lower floor of the Harrington Eelementary School for some of their offices. Hiqh School Fashion Show Set For May 14 One part of the addition will be a large School Board room, approximately double the size of the present board room. Price, Beryl Price, Friday, May 14 has been set as the date for a Spring Fashion and Variety show at iehi High School, sponsored jointly by the depart ments of Home Economics, In dustrial Arts and Fine Arts. Open to the public, the unusual show will begin at 7 30 p. m. in the high schol gymnasium. Card tables will be arranged around the gymnasium for the benefit of spectators, and the displays of student handwork will be placed down the center of the floor. Participants in the fashion show will promenade around the displays. Principal Lloyd H. Adamson said the show will feature one of the finest displays of student work of any school in the state. From year to year Lehi High School has won many state awards for the high quality of handiwork completed by students. Displays from the Industrial Arts department will feature a variety of beautiful pieces of furniture, including beds, end tables, - Pays chests and coffee tables.
