Last week trackage in Salt Lake county and Utah county was sold to the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad and the Bamberger railroad. The Salt Lake county property was taken over by the Denver & Rio Grande snd the Utah county trackage' south of Pleasant Grove was sold to the Bamberger company. The trackage in Utah county north of Pleasant Grove has not been sold. He is at Geneva today. In the opinion of Mr. Hauck there is no liklihood that the brick plant, which was advertised for sale some weeks ago, will ccas. to operate. The local plant, under the war- time operation of Gladding Mr. Hauck regarded as a substantial property.
