The filling of the office made vacant by the demise of Director Bernard Q. Webb was postponed indefinitely. Owing to the large number who are delinquent, some of whom are owing their assessments for a number of years, it was decided to shift the responsibility to where it belongs. The directors therefore agreed on the following policy: First, that Feb. 13th, 14th and 16th be set apart at times when those who are delinquent, may meet the directors, and redeem their stock or make such arrangements as can be made In order to be permitted to use water tor the coming year; Second, that failure on the part of those who are delinquent, to appear on the above dates, will be takea that they have no desire to redeem their stock and it will be disposed of where ever it is possible. The directors feel that in being lenient in the past, to those who have failed to pay their assessments they have imposed on those who always pay. What will be done In the future will be done In the spirit of fairness to all and stock holders who desire to be served with water for 1933 must as-- i sume their share of the responsibility.
