Hess of left Roy to California. Surviving are his widow and the following sons and daughters, Richard Jr., Hugh, Robert, Joseph and Betti, all of Tremonton; Mrs. Jackie Rox-i- e Stokes, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Lamont (Darlene) Lamb, Portland, Ore.; and five grandchildren, and t h e following brothers and Jesse, Riverside; Irvin, Salt Lake City; Oliver, Garland; Jim, Riverside, Calif.; Frank, Preston, Ida.; John and Mrs. Heber Anne) Olsen, River Heights; and Mrs. Frank (Irene) Hill, Tremonton. Betti has accepted a call to serve as a missionary in the Eastern Atlantic States. Brian Burbank Calif., Valley, and attend a session at the L.D.S. Temple there. They will visit Mr. and Mrs. David Morrison and Meda, Gayle and Micky Holmgren while there. THEATRE NU-V- U A very large crowd attended the open house held for Martha J. Anderson May 16th at her home. Mrs. Anderson was observing her 80th birthday. She seemed very happy and looked especially sweet in her blue dress with her silvery white hair. Mrs. Louise Allen returned to her home here Monday after spending the winter months in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. David P. Gibbs returned home Friday from Salt Lake City and Kaysville where they have spent several weeks. Mr. Gibbs underwent major surgery in Salt Lake City. Word was received by Henry Roderick last week of the birth of a baby girl to Mr. and Mrs. Gardner of Temple George View. New Zealand.
