Captain Barson, who received instruction on specialized aerospace medical sub- MILTON a unit of the Air Force Logistics Command. The captain, a 1966 graduate of Sky View High School, Smithfield, Utah, received his B.S. degree in 1972 from Utah State University, Logan. He earned his D.D. degree in 1976 at Kansas City (Mo.) College of Osteopathic Medicine. His wife, Kathleen, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Bowen of Collinston. He was born May 23, 1904 in Milton, Perm., the son of Elmer A. and Sara E. Newberry Walter. He married Alice May Zeiders August 20, 1925, in Lemoyne, Penn. He is a retired jet engine mechanic from Hill Air Force Base in Clearfield. He and his wife moved to Tremonton in August of 1976. Mr. Walter was reared and educated in Milton, Penn. He was a member of the Gateway Masonic Lodge No. 29 in Clearfield. He was a member of the United Methodist Church and had served as Lay leader, choir member, superintendent and Jr. Choir leader. Surviving is his wide of Tremonton, and 1 daughter, Mrs. George (Nancy) E. Dawson, Tremonton. Three grandchildren, two brothers, Rev. Harold G. Walter, Penn., Charlton N. Walter, Middletown, Penn. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 6, i JULIE ANN MARTIN Julie Ann Martin, daughter of Bobby G. and Kaye Dean Nielson Martin of Tremonton, died Thursday, April 21, 1977, at the Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City following heart surgery. She was born Nov. 5, 1971, in Logan. She was a member of the Tremonton 3rd LDS Ward. Surviving are her parents of Tremonton; one sister and four brothers, Sherrie Martin, Brent Martin, Curt Martin, Chad Martin, Chris Martin, all of Tremonton; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Glen F. Nielson, Tremonton. Funeral services were held Monday in the Tremonton 3rd LDS Ward Chapel. Ty-ro- n, Burial was in the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery. Beware Of Caller Of After Medicare patients called him last week, reporting that a phone caller had told her she owed money to the Medicare program - apparently because of an overpayment. Mary Black, supervisor and manager of Medicare Shield in for Blue Cross-Blu- e Salt Lake City, said contact with all medicare patients is made by mail, although phone calls may be made. "No one would ever just out of the blue call up and say you owe Medicare some money," she emphasized. But, she said there are instances where overpay -- Reservations vv ments have been made and attempts are made to collect them. But collection procedures are regulated by precise guidelines. In any event, she said repayment would not be made to any individual but would be credited to Blue Cross-Blu- e Shield.
