Henderson reviewed a variety of data being main- tained by the firm for analyzing their results. The data is designed "so that after the fact we can evaluate what happened to seeded cells and cells," he said. The data also allows the firm to "reconstruct" what happened on "any given day" and where. The data includes such things as photographs of a radar screen taken every few seconds Showing where non-seed- , it is raining, maps showing cloud cells, their intensity and giving information as to when and how long seeding was undertaken. Henderson said the indications show that seeding both enlarges the cloud cells and increases their intensity and volume. Henderson said his crews flew twelve flights in June for a total of 23.1 flying hours. He said 8 flights have been undertaken in July. "The 124 seeding flights logged in June were near the average number expected for that particular month," he said in his report. ' Henderson said the program is not "designed for any individual" but for the entire area. But it is hard for the individual to view the results in any but a "personal" way. "If it hails on him it's a dud," he said. In other county commission action, Commission chairman, Don Chase, said commissioners are about d of the way through a review of the county's financial shape.
