The subject of the Bible Study is the Book of Romans. The study begins at 7:30 p.m. each week. eve-nings- in V- - Time Valerie and mother Bonnie Grower Working with Bear River Valley senior citizens keeps this week's good cook busy much of the time. Obstensibly, Mrs. Bonnie Grover of Tremonton is a "secretary-bookkeeper- " at the Bear River Valley Senior Center housed in the old McKinley school. "But I get rooked in on everything" from cooking on Friday for the senior's lunch or acting as chauffer and errand girl. She's worked five days a week four hours a day at the center for the past four years and just in case you think she does ,it grudgingly she added: "I love She also finds time to serve as a Visiting Teacher in the Tremonton Fourth Ward Relief Society. The couple's oldest boy, Brad, 15, is also currently taking a scuba course. The family attends a number of Scuba team outings during the year. The couple have two other children: Valerie, 14, and Todd, 13. Originally from Colorado, Bonnie has spent more of her life in Utah. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Coombs of Tremonton, She says she likes 18 "You name it, I like to try it," she said. But she added that "candy and pies are not in my field." Hamburgers, french fries, tacos and pizzas are the family favorites.; She got lots of cooking experience at home. She has one older sister, but ten younger brothers and sisters." Rolls 1 C. pwd. milk, 3 C. water, V C. plus Tbs. butter,3 C. sugar, 1 Tbs. salt, 3 beaten eggs, V C. yeast dissolved in 1 C. lukewarm water, 11 C. flour Boil water - add to butter, sugar, salt let cool and add 2 C. flour and Pwd. milk. Add beaten eggs and 1 C. flour. Add yeast and rest of flour. Knead 10 min. - roll out and dip in melted butter, fold over and let raise for Vk hours. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 min. They were gone 10 days and visited Southern California mainly in the San Diego area. They went through the San Diego Zoo and Sea World. They also were at Disney Land and in Hollywood they made a tour of Universal Studio. Sunday dinner guest of the Shaffers was Mrs. Mabel Oyler. The Stagecoach Camp of the DUP was held Thursday at the home of Orpha Oyler. A life sketch of her great grandmother Sarah Elsie Simons was read by Merle Larson. Winners in the Chapter Public Speaking contest are Anne Christensen, Bryan Buchanan and Doylene Roderick. These three students will now have the chance to compete for over $200 in cash prizes during the second annual KLO-FFSpeech Contest. The semi-finand final competition will be broadcast live over KLO radio in Ogden. The Bear River FFA Chapter will compete over the radio on Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 7:05 p.m. The final competition will be broadcast on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 10:05 a.m. The Chapter Parliamentary Team will consist of.
