Mr. Sandall was driving a Buick roadster and going west when Mrs. Lish, who was driving an Essex sedan, came onto Main street from the North. A number of automobiles were parked on the north side of the street which partly obstructed the view and also prevented Mr. Sandall from swinging off to the north. He applied bis brakes and Mrs. Lish made every effort to swing to the south but they were too close. Marshall Foxley investigated the accident and decided it was unavoidable. A rear wheel and a fender were broken on the Roadster and the lights and radiator on the Essex Mrs. Lish escaped were considerably damaged. without any injury and Mr. Sandall received a slight cut on the forehead. that's the way Tremontoii.
