Rick baseman Third Adams, a G'l" 165 pound, right hander was selected as an infieldcr on the north squad along with Jeff Fronk. a 61" 165 pound, second baseman, who was selected as an alternate. The pair will join all-stplayers from ten northern division schools for the annrs from ual clash with the south. Rear River's Coach Dick Green will act as assistant coach of the north squad this year as well. Adams, who lettered in football and basketball, was the top batsman for the Bears in league action with a .421 average. After a few shakey moments in early season, he also turned out to be a bright defensive man for the Bears at the hot spot. Fronk, a top performer in football and basketball, recorded a .350 batting average in league play including four triples. He played second base for the Bears. Jeff is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Fronk of Tremonton. Rick is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Adams of Tremonton. The all-st- ar contest will get underway at 8 p.m. and is scheduled for nine innings versus the usual seven. Under the rules of the contest infielders, outfielders and catchers can only work innings before being replaced. Pitchers must work three innings or less.
