In school, he Is active In music having been a memb er for three years of jun ior high stage band and a member of the LanSlrs stage band at Hear River high Iierved school. lie is a Church of Utter-da- y member of the Jesus Christ of Saints and is a teacher in the priesthood. On hand to watch the eagle ceremony were members of the Tremonton Second Ward bishopric, family members and district scouting representatives. Ae were impressed by the Book of Mormon presentation and the film at the US Paviliin...Pve heard several different coments about our "trash heap" and the concentration made on ecology.. I guess it was hard for us to accept the truth. All in all it was a worthwhile trip. Max was particularly pleased with his curl and half Stone ram, a moose, caribou and goat He said the time went terribly fast (and all the while I was here praying that it would, for my sake.) The family enjoyed dinner and visiting together. Several of the lovely young ladies in our community are returning or beginning college activities. Miss Joyce Rlrie is attending Rick's College in Idaho, Miss Susan Rlndlisbacher is leaving to attend LDS Business College in Salt Lake City, Miss Susan Haycock will be attending Utah State University, and Miss Bonnie Germer attends Brlgham iversity in Provo. Young Un- se. were very sorry to learn that Roger Nelson's grandfather, Mello, passed away out in California. Alice and J. Glen went down to be with her mother. I was also sorry to learn that Brian Roche took a turn for the worse the day we left. Carolyn rushed up to Montana to be with him, but returned in a few days when he began to improve again. Keep your faith and courage, we're all praying for you, Brian. I wish everyone were tuned in on passing news tome. I just learned upon returning that Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Roche are proud parents for the first tirna.
