Lou Petersen spent four days in Twin Falls visiting her family recently. Last weekend she and Vern endinner with Betty joyed Deane and Steve while Bern-i- e spent his time on a fishing trip up north. Vern and Marie Roche took Melanie and Cody w ith them to the World's Fair in Spokane. One of Vern' s sisters and her husband went along too. Hope they had a very nice time. n's w, Kerr Webb, wife of former Tremonton resident Curt Webb, graduated Thursday night at Brigham Young University with a BS degree in nursing. Mrs. Webb is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Kerr of Tremonton. She is a graduate of Bear River high school and LDS Seminary. At BYU she has been a member of Vakanom Sorority Social Unit and has also been a flag twirler. She has received training at the Primary Children's and LDS hospitals in Salt Lake City and in the Utah Valley hospital in Provo. The Webb's have one son, Nathan, 1. The Webb's will reside in Orem. Mr. Webb is manager of State Savings and Loan, Michelle Riverside-We3y - If.- Cap-en- er, much. Mrs. (Betty) David Rich has a new daughter, born Thursday August 8, at the McKay hospital. Betty is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Capener and it is the fourth child for the Rich's. Mrs. Juanita Hall of Santa Clara California, spent a week and a half with her sister, Mrs. Rudy Som.rars. Sunday they had dinner at Sherwood Hills. Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Som-meMrs. Juanita Hall and Janet, Gayle and LaMont Udy attended a wedding for Florence's niece, Miss Linda Adams, Friday in Hyrum Civic Center. Mrs. Voss (Ella) Ward went to Preston Saturday and spent the afternoon with her son, Mr. and Mrs. Darold Smith and sons and wife from Salt Lake City. Ella and Voss Ward entertained his family at their home Tuesday evening at a garden party. They had lunch and there was twenty four family members present. The 5 feet 8 inch beauty will do a production number in the talent contest that features three songs from the musical Funny Girl. Mary Udy attended a family swimming party at tlie home of her son, Mr. and Mrs. R. Dean Udy. in Brigham, Monday evening. The party was held in their patio and swimming pool.
